Arival and departure time

Checking in

From 3 p.m

 

How?

Via a key safe at the entrance of the building.

You will receive the code via SMS/Watsapp just before 3 p.m

 

Checking out

Before 10 a.m

 

How?

You may leave the key on the table in the apartment.

During the low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible

Payment

Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival:

  • The Full Amount Incl. Cleaning & Deposit

 

More than 30 days before arrival:

  • Advance payment (30%).
  • 7 to 8 weeks before arrival you will receive an email (be sure to check your spam) with a payment link to transfer the remaining amount to us at the latest 6 weeks before arrival.

Fire stick (watch tv)

We work with a Fire stick to watch TV. If damage or theft of the Fire stick is determined, €130 will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation by tenant

Any cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing (via email or WhatsApp) and is only valid after confirmation from the landlord.

 

Cancellation within 30 days before arrival:

  • No right to a refund, the full amount (excl. deposit) will be charged.


Cancel between 30th & 60th day before arrival:

  • 50% (excl. deposit) of the booking will be charged.


Cancel more than 60 days before arrival

  • No cancellation fees, the amount already paid will be fully refunded.


If the tenant does not use the holiday apartment or leaves it before the end of the rental period, no settlement/refund will take place.

Cancellation by landlord

If the landlord has to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances, the tenant will be informed immediately and a refund of the amount already paid will be made.
